1. Agreement

By purchasing from or using HQ Evolve Group websites and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide online fitness coaching including the Evolve 8-Week Challenge (a fixed-term program with training, nutrition targets, and weekly check-ins) and ongoing coaching tiers. What is included in your purchase is described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility and health

By joining, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in an exercise program, or have cleared it with a medical professional
• You will disclose relevant injuries, conditions, or limitations honestly
• You accept responsibility for your participation and follow program guidance at your own risk

Our content is not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program.

4. Payments

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Challenge purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated. Ongoing coaching is billed per the agreement you enter at signup. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5. Enrollment windows

The 8-Week Challenge is only available during published enrollment windows. Purchases outside an open window may be treated as pre-orders for the next round, as described at checkout. We reserve the right to cap spots per round.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information in forms and check-ins
• Follow the program and communicate issues promptly
• Notify your coach of health changes, injuries, or circumstances that affect training
• Treat coaches, staff, and other clients with respect

7. Results and testimonials

Client photos and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results vary based on effort, adherence, starting point, and lifestyle. We do not guarantee specific outcomes except as stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All training programs, nutrition content, branding, and materials are owned by HQ Evolve Group. You may not copy, distribute, or resell them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, HQ Evolve Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria.
