- Payment confirmation from our payment processor (we do not store full card details)
- Health, training, and lifestyle information you provide in intake forms and weekly check-ins

- To set up your training program and nutrition targets in the app
- To review weekly check-ins and provide coach feedback

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the business, including payment processing (Stripe), CRM and email (GoHighLevel), and our client app platform. These providers only receive what they need to perform their function.

We collect health and fitness information to deliver safe, appropriate coaching. It is used only for that purpose and is not shared with third parties except where required by law or in a genuine medical emergency.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing support@hqevolve.com. We will action requests within 30 days where possible.
